1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Khaznah, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to bid or purchase on Khaznah. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and update it as needed.
3. Bidding and Purchasing
All bids placed are binding. If you win an auction, you are obligated to complete the purchase at the winning bid amount and any applicable delivery charges. Proxy bids are executed automatically on your behalf up to your maximum amount. Khaznah reserves the right to cancel any bid or auction at its discretion.
4. Payments and VAT
All payments must be completed within 24 hours of winning an auction. Product prices include applicable VAT where required; customer checkout shows the product price and delivery charges. We accept payments via Mada, STC Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment failure may result in account suspension.
5. Returns and Disputes
All items are sold as-is in the described condition grade. Condition grades are guaranteed. Disputes must be filed within 24 hours of pickup. Working items that match the listed condition are not eligible for returns. Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Platform Use and Conduct
You agree to use Khaznah for lawful purposes only. You may not manipulate the bidding process, use automated tools to place bids, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
Khaznah provides the platform 'as is' and does not guarantee the accuracy of lot descriptions beyond our inspection and grading. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
